Cause analysis: There may be no power supply to the burner. 

Solution: Check the power fuse, wire, power switch, etc., the position of the source connected to the burner control box is correct. If there are other thermostats installed, check whether they are affected by the thermostat, and check whether the contact between the controller and the junction box is bad.
