The typical reason for this phenomenon is the smudged flame sensor of burner accessories. Flame sensor is a photosensitive resistance, when the light irradiation of its own resistance value decreased, a low impedance state; When no light is shining, the resistance value increases and the resistance is high. The controller in the burner judges whether the combustion process continues according to the resistance value of the flame sensor.
If the combustion stops and the flame sensor shows high impedance, stop the fuel supply immediately to prevent the accumulation of unburned diesel oil.


The flame sensor probe is located in the air duct of the burner. Because of the black smoke, tempering, air supply dust and other reasons, its surface is easily dirty and thus loses its photographic function. Check the sensor probe and clean its surface with alcohol or detergent if necessary.
