A. Routine maintenance

1. Clean the flame stabilizing plate (3-15 days according to the cleanliness of fuel oil and the utilization rate of burner)

Methods: take down the burner, clean the flame stabilizing disc with carburetor cleaning agent, remove carbon deposition and coking, and keep the disc surface gap unobstructed. At the same time, check the ignition electrode gap (2.5 mm). Clearance between electrode and other parts. (not grounded)

2. Clean the fuel injection head and oil pipe (once every three months): blow high-pressure air at the fuel injection nozzle and clear the oil circuit. (do not clean the fuel injection nozzle with carburetor cleaner)

3. Clean the filter screen, photoreceptor and oil spill tank (clean it in time according to the use situation)

B. Clean burner components

1. Remove the scale on the flame stabilizing plate and open the gap. Remove carbon deposits from the electrode.

2. Clean the fuel injection nozzle, nozzle, oil pipe and oil suction pipe with carburetor cleaning agent. If there is dirt on the wall of oil pipe and oil suction pipe, clean it with a straight strip. Check whether the O-ring is intact and replace it if necessary. Do not clean the O-ring with carburetor cleaner.

3. Remove the oil dirt on the heating wire and temperature sensor. Remove the oil sludge at the bottom of the heating oil pool.

4. Clean the filter tank and filter screen. Drain the oil in the oil storage tank, remove the oil sludge at the bottom and clean the oil tank.
